1. How does the Mattress work,and how quickly can I adjust the mattress to mydesired temperature?
--The Mattress allows you to set up temperature between 12℃and 55°C-it works by heating or cooling water,which is then circulated through small, undetectable pipes within the mattress.
2. How often will I need to refill the water holder in the Mattress Hub?
-- Generally,you can expect to refill it every 2-3months.However,this can vary dependingon how often you use the heating and cooling features.Always refill with distilled,orpure water.
3. How long does it take the Mattress to reach my desired temperature?
-- The Mattress takes approx 30-45 minutes to cool or heat in normal mode,and around 30 miutes in the 'super'modes. Please note that the ambient temperature of the room will affect the heating and cooling times. We recommend powering on and pre-setting your Mattress around 1hour before going tobed.
4. Can I use a mattress protector over the Mattress?
-- You can choose any mattress protector that suits your needs and preferences. It can beplaced directly on your mattress or over your sheet.
5. What is the difference between NYX02PULS and NYX02PRO?
--Same appearance, just different water pipe connections. NYX02PULS is connected with a CPC plug; NYX02PRO is connected with a standard pulg.
6. Can NYX02PLUS/PRO control dual zones by a hub?
-- Yes, not only you can control different temperatures in two zones,but you can also turnoff either the left or right zone.
7. Is the temperature shown on the screen equal to the mattress temperature?
-- No, the temperature shown on the screen is the temperature of the water pipe. Generally the temperature shown on the screen is lower 8-10 ℃ than ambient temperature of the room. The water pipe is in the middle layer of the mat and the mat neutralizes some of the temperature
